How we Support our Schools

Christopher Nieper Education Trust provides personalised advice and guidance to school leaders and governing boards on a wide range of strategic, educational, legal and practical issues.

Through our skilled and experienced central team, we aim to reduce the burden on school leaders so that they can focus on the quality of education for pupils and continue their school's journey to excellence.

As a small trust with a collaborative approach, we can tailor our services to the specific needs of each school. For example, we can offer:

  • Strategic advice at governance and senior leadership level on school improvement, governance and wider compliance
  • Primary and secondary headteacher support, including Ofsted support
  • high-level financial planning advice, backed up by practical support with financial systems and oversight
  • A personalised service covering all aspects of human resources, including payroll and data protection
  • IT support from experienced professionals
  • School improvement support on issues such as curriculum development, pupil behaviour strategies and safeguarding
  • Access to skilled educational psychology, counselling and family support services
  • Bid-writing support for estate improvements and facilities management support
  • Access to our David Nieper Academy secondary facilities, including a main hall and fully equipped stage area (perfect for training events and workshops), sports hall, extensive playing fields and dance studio
  • Access to Forest School and outdoor learning areas at both Stonebroom Primary and David Nieper Academy.
