Kendal Sills - Governance & Compliance Officer

Kendal is responsible for overseeing all aspects of governance effectiveness and ensuring the trust adheres to the highest standards of compliance.

She has significant experience within governance, having Clerked at Local Governor and Trust Board level, providing comprehensive support, facilitating efficient processes, and ensuring the board meets relevant regulations and requirements. 

Kendal actively contributes to the establishment and successful implementation of policies and initiatives. She is devoted to providing support to staff members and cultivating an environment conducive to effective teaching and learning.
