Finley Foster - Trust Assistant Site Manager

Finley began his career at the trust as a Site Assistant, undertaking an apprenticeship in facilities management, and has since progressed into a role within the Central Trust team. In his role, he provides strategic oversight across the entire estate, supporting the Trust Site Manager to ensure all academies remain safe, compliant, and well‑maintained.

He oversees day‑to‑day maintenance operations, coordinates estates projects, and is also the Trust’s Health & Safety Coordinator. Finley works closely with school leaders and site teams to ensure all sites comply with the DfE GEMS.
