Developing leaders & Achievers for the future

Our vision is that schools and employers work together to develop young people with ambition, aspiration and opportunity, so that they can become the leaders and achievers of the future.

With a strong team of skilled colleagues at the core, CNET ensures that student development and success is at the forefront of our schools. The Board sustains the values and passion behind our educators, and a provision of excellent pastoral care within the Academy guarantees students are provided with the support they need to achieve their absolute best.

The team behind CNET provides dedicated, bespoke support to our academies and schools in order to meet required needs.

Employability
Essential life skills are often missing from schools, but they help young people go further and faster, earning more in their career with self-esteem and social mobility. We endeavour to instil these in a natural and fun way with our unique employability skills program which runs throughout the curriculum. Exam results provide one piece of the education jigsaw. But successful employers look for personal qualities too, such as attitude, confidence, worldliness, trainability, teamwork and vocational aptitude. It's our aim that young people will leave our schools with the powerful combination of a first-class academic education, relevant careers guidance and employability skills to give them every chance of becoming Britain's leaders and achievers of the future.

Teaching with Us
Whether you want to work as a teaching assistant, teacher, school leader or member of support staff, you'll be an essential part of the team, with opportunities to work across the Trust as we grow. The curriculum has been developed as a vehicle to enhance employability and personal skills, combined with technical and academic competencies. A key feature of the curriculum is the application of knowledge, enhanced understanding and skills development through project-based challenges rooted in real-world contexts developed with a range of local and regional employers.
CURRENT VACANCIES

A broad and balanced curriculum challenges our young people so that they can achieve and respond effectively to an ever more rapidly changing world.

Raising Aspirations
Our objective is for all pupils to raise their aspirations and achieve the highest academic standards. We are united in our focus on excellence, and challenge all pupils to achieve their best; be that in lessons, over mealtimes or whilst enjoying co-curricular activities. This is most successful when all staff, parents and pupils understand their responsibilities and work together towards achieving this aim.
Our vision for education

We aim to give pupils the winning combination of a good education, excellent pastoral care and the life skills for future employability.
